Video: Max Verstappen over Zandvoort: "Circuit is heel uitdagend"

De Formule 1 keert na 35 jaar terug op het circuit in Zandvoort. Voor Max Verstappen betekent dit definitief een thuisrace, al ziet hij en veel Nederlanders Spa-Francorchamps als de thuis Grand Prix. Samen met Pierre Gasly geeft Max Verstappen in de onderstaande video zijn eerste reactie!

    Vraag mij af waar je nog meer zou kunnen inhalen behalve aan het einde van het rechte stuk na start finish

      Voor Audi S sowieso, en bij foutje van voorligger 2e bocht na Scheivlak ook wel. Als ze daar een aanpassing doen wordt t een echt uitrempunt

    Waar is Daniel :) (Toch ff wennen Max en Gasly, kun je wel zien dat deze karakters toch wat minder voor video spektakel zorgen dan de combi Max en Daniel. Dit hoeft overigens niks te zeggen over de onderlinge band met elkaar. Maar minder fun is het zeker)

    Op een concurrerende site (zullen we maar zeggen) staat een filmpje van een F1 auto op Zandvoort.....inderdaad leuk voor een coureur om te rijden.....maar als je die auto zo volgt over dat rondje en je beeldt je in dat er nog een auto voor zou zitten die je wilt inhalen......ik zou echt niet weten waar.

      Zal deels ook afhangen van de bandenkeus. Nemen ze te harde banden mee, dan gaat het lastig worden. Bij een keuze voor zachte banden, kan een verschillende strategie toch voor een leuke race zorgen.
      We gaan het wel zien, er zijn meer circuits waar inhalen heel lastig is, denk niet dat het zoveel verschilt met b.v. Australie, Monaco, Hongarije en Singapore om er een paar te noemen.

    Ik ben best visueel ingesteld en zou het op prijs stellen als het aanzicht naast de baan zelf zo ‘natuurlijk’ mogelijk blijft (of wordt); dus zoveel mogelijk duinen, duingrassen en zee te zien. Hopelijk zijn ze ook op tijd klaar met verbouwen zodat het niet lijkt alsof ze gisteren nog alles hebben aangeveegd en er al wat groen is aangegroeid. Zou het ook zonde vinden als ze die motorhomes tussen de duinen proppen. Zet ze op het strand of laat die megalomane dingen voor een keer thuis en geeft ieder team een eigen strandtent. Het zal al volgepropt genoeg lijken als de paddocks vergroot en vernieuwd worden.

      Het strand had net iets dichterbij moeten liggen dan waren strandtenten een supergaaf idee geweest idd. Is denk ik net te ver weg. Verder is het gebied prachtig en een van de grote charmes van Zandvoort. Het is echt uniek wat dat betreft.
