Pierre Gasly en Daniil Kvyat rijden nog niet zo lang samen bij Toro Rosso, maar ze maakten wel al een leuke dingen mee. Een bezoekje aan ruimtevaartorganisatie NASA hadden de twee niet op hun naam staan, maar op initiatief van het team gingen de coureurs langs bij het hoofdkwartier in het Texaanse Houston. Lewis Hamilton van Mercedes bezocht het testinstituut en de thuisbasis van de NASA al in maart, destijds op eigen initiatief.

De onderstaande video geeft een inkijkje in het bezoek van de twee coureurs.
