Sauber test nieuw uitlaatsysteem in Turkije voor debuut in Spanje

Het team van Sauber ontwikkelt een eigen variant op het uitlaatsysteem van Red Bull Racing. De introductie daarvan moet bij de Grand Prix van Spanje in Barcelona plaatsvinden. De Zwitserse renstal zal het systeem op de vrijdag bij de Turkse Grand Prix testen.

Dat meldt Auto Motor und Sport. Het nieuwe uitlaatsysteem zal tijdens de vrije trainingen in Istanbul alleen op de C30 van Kamui Kobayashi aanwezig zijn. Teambaas Peter Sauber: We zullen een nieuw uitlaatsysteem hebben in Barcelona, maar we monteren het niet op de auto voordat we het uitvoerig getest hebben.
