Vettel moet eerste testdag laten schieten vanwege ziekte

Ferrari heeft haar plannen voor de eerste testweek op de schop moeten gooien. Sebastian Vettel voelt zich niet lekker en komt daardoor woensdag niet in actie op het Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

De planning van Ferrari was om Vettel op woensdag als eerste de baan op te sturen, waarna Vettel en Leclerc de donderdag zouden delen. Op vrijdag zou Leclerc in eerste instantie plaatsnemen in de SF1000, maar de plannen zijn nu gewijzigd. Vettel is is fysiek niet helemaal in orde en moet daarom de woensdag aan zich voorbij laten gaan. Leclerc neemt daarom vandaag de honneurs waar.

Hoe Ferrari de rest van de week gaat invullen, is momenteel nog niet bekend. Het ligt echter voor de hand dat Vettel en Leclerc van plaats ruilen in het schema. Dat zou betekenen dat Leclerc zijn plek op de vrijdag moet afstaan aan Vettel, terwijl Vettel en Leclerc mogelijk ook op de donderdag van plek ruilen. Leclerc zou die dag als eerste in de SF1000 zitten, maar mogelijk moet hij die plek afstaan aan zijn Duitse teamgenoot.

      Haha tja... Bottas inmiddels rondje 8 met een 1:21:7 terwijl de rest nog in de pits staat.
      Het is wel duidelijk dat Mercedes de zaken het beste voor elkaar heeft en nu alweer fluitend rondjes draait alsof er geen winterstop geweest is.

    complimenteus zijn over Renault is niet echt 'in de mode' hier,
