AlphaTauri gaat met nieuwe wagen testen op Imola

Meerdere Formule 1-teams hebben inmiddels aangegeven te gaan testen als voorbereiding op de Grands Prix in Oostenrijk en Hongarije. Mercedes testte deze week 2 dagen op Silverstone, terwijl Ferrari op Fiorano zal gaan testen. Racing Point test volgende week ook op Silverstone, terwijl Renault naar de Red Bull Ring gaat om twee dagen met de RS18 te testen.

AlphaTauri gaat ook kilometers maken. Het Italiaanse team gebruikt een filmdag op het circuit van Imola. Tijdens deze filmdag mag er met de auto van dit jaar gereden worden en maximaal 100 kilometer.

Imola zal de komst van AlphaTauri ongetwijfeld toejuichen aangezien het toch weer kort promotie krijgt in het nieuws, net nu het circuit bezig is om op de aangepaste F1-kalender van 2020 te komen.
