Ferrari rijdt volgende week woensdag op Silverstone voor filmdag

Het team van Ferrari heeft een zeer slechte seizoensstart meegemaakt. Ondanks het podium van Charles Leclerc tijdens de eerste Grand Prix van het seizoen ging het niet goed met het Italiaanse team. De tweede Grand Prix reden Leclerc en Vettel elkaar van de baan en de Grand Prix in Hongarije zorgde voor een nieuw dieptepunt met alleen Vettel in de punten die ook op een ronde werd gezet door winnaar Hamilton.

In de hoop op betere tijden blijkt nu dat Ferrari een filmdag op de planning heeft staan. Volgens motorsport.com gaat het team uit Maranello volgende week woensdag, 5 augustus, het circuit op in Silverstone om tussen de twee Grands Prix nieuwe updates aan de wagen te testen.

Ook al mag er officieel niet getest worden en maximaal 100 kilometer gereden worden, is het wel een ideale mogelijkheid om toch ook data te verzamelen, naast het schieten van promotiemateriaal voor fotografen en filmcrews. Ferrari heeft de filmdag zelf nog niet officieel bevestigd.
