Het circuit in Zandvoort heeft officieel haar Grade 1-licentie gekregen van de FIA. Door de coronacrisis is de race na 35 jaar niet teruggekeerd maar volgend jaar zal deze wel plaats vinden. Hierdoor had men iets meer tijd om alle wijzigingen en aanpassingen door te voeren, waarbij het circuit nu echt af is.

Gisteren was er een presentatie en circuitontwerper Jarno Zaffelli geeft een beeld hoe het circuit is ontworpen, de plannen zijn ontstaan en aan de hand van de video hieronder kun je zien hoe het nieuwe Zandvoort tot leven kwam.
