Het was een knotsgekke kwalificatie, met twee Racing Point-coureurs op de eerste en derde plek. Max Verstappen kon de coureurs splitsen met de tweede plek. De stewards moesten na de kwalificatie nog hard aan het werk. Er werden verschillende overtredingen geconstateerd. Hierdoor vielen er straffen. De regenachtige kwalificatie was voor de fans eentje om van te genieten, daarom hebben wij de beste foto's verzameld.
