In zijn eerste jaar in de Formule 1 en zijn thuisrace, reed hij voor Jordan over het circuit van Nurburg. De Duitse coureur is het broertje van Formule 1-legende Michael Schumacher. De twee coureurs konden fantastisch rijden en dat laat de coureur in dienst van Jordan Grand Prix hier zien:

Ralf Schumacher heeft niet de uitstraling van sympathieke man, maar ik heb een andere ervaring. Ooit een keer aangebeld bij zijn appartement in Monaco als kleine Bertrand.
