Mercedes-coureur Lewis Hamilton heeft tijdens de kwalificatie voor de Grand Prix van Spanje in Barcelona een hoogtepunt bereikt. De coureur behaalde zijn 100ste pole position in de Formule 1. Zijn eerste pole behaalde hij in 2007, tijdens de Grand Prix van Canada. Hieronder de beelden van zijn ronde in 2007:

Geniale rijder, Over 1 rondje tot nu toe samen met Senna de beste denk ik. uiteraard helpt het materiaal wel mee de afgelopen 7 jaar, Maar daarvoor was hij ook snel over 1 ronde.
