'Alle Ferrari-werknemers krijgen bonus uitgekeerd'

Het team van Ferrari wil aankomend seizoen keihard terugslaan na twee waardeloze jaren in de koningsklasse van de autosport. Vorig jaar eindigde het team op de valreep nog als derde in het constructeurskampioenschap maar veel blijdschap was er niet. Wel ging het iets beter dan in rampjaar 2020 maar het was nog altijd Ferrari-onwaardig.

Aankomend seizoen wil Ferrari dan ook zijn herintrede maken aan de top van de apenrots. Ze begonnen al zeer vroeg in het jaar met de ontwikkeling van de auto voor het aankomende seizoen. Er gaan immers gloednieuwe reglementen in waardoor het de uitgelezen kans is voor Ferrari om weer gouden bergen binnen te slepen.

Bonus

Het lijkt erop dat het afgelopen jaar voor Ferrari op financieel gebied wel succes heeft gebracht. Volgens de Italiaanse journalist Giuliano Duchessa kunnen alle werknemers namelijk een flinke bonus verwachten. Op Twitter meldt Duchessa dat alle Ferrari-werknemers kunnen rekenen op een bonus die oploopt tot zo'n 12000 euro. Dit zou ook gaan om werknemers van het automerk zelf, de racetak en de niet-racetak vallen namelijk onder dezelfde paraplu.

Ferrari zal aankomend seizoen de strijd aangaan met nagenoeg hetzelfde team als vorig seizoen. Charles Leclerc en Carlos Sainz zijn nog steeds de coureurs en geen van hen zal de rol van kopman krijgen. Vorig jaar reed Sainz voor het eerst voor Ferrari en hij versloeg toen meteen zijn Monegaskische teamgenoot.

Deze bonus heeft niets met de prestaties van het F1 team te maken, maar is juist dankzij de verkopen van de straatauto divisie, waar de werknemers van de Gestione Sporiva ook van meeprofiteren, simpelweg omdat Ferrari sportwagens bouwt en de R en D van de racetak en straatauto's elkaar op vele vlakken ondersteunen.

De straatauto divisie breekt zowat elk jaar de verkooprecords en ondanks de Covid pandemie zag Ferrari een stijging van 23,4% tov. vorig jaar.
2021 was eceptioneel, maar Ferrari keert elk jaar bonussen uit na goede verkoopresultaten, bijna €8000 in 2020 bijv. nu dus rond de €12000 waarvan Ferrari meestal al de helft in gedeeltes van €12 a 1500 in het afgelopen jaar betaalde en het resterende bedrag tesamen met het vakantiegwld tussen April en Mei uitkeert.

  Personeel van de straatauto divisie valt niet onder de budgetcap en voor F1 gerelateerd personeel zijn er regels binnen de budgetcap, zolang de bonus niet boven een bepaald %tage van het jaarsalaris komt is dat toegestaan.
  Niets vreemds aan dus.
