Debutant Zhou onthult helmdesign

Aankomend seizoen staat er slechts één debutant op de grid. Guanyu Zhou debuteert bij het team van Alfa Romeo en is daarmee de eerste Chinese coureur ooit in de Formule 1. Zhou kende een hobbelig begin van zijn Formule 1-loopbaan, tijdens de eerste wintertest kende Alfa Romeo zeer veel problemen.

Tijdens de test in Barcelona reed de renstal ook rond in een mysterieuze camouflage kleurstelling en ook de coureurs reden met tijdelijke helm-ontwerpen. Afgelopen weekend onthulde Alfa echter de officiële kleurstelling en dat betekent dat Zhou ook zijn helm kan laten zien. De Chinees rijdt dit jaar met een paars-witte helm met duidelijke verwijzingen naar zijn roots.
