Video: Het bijzondere podium in Miami vanuit een andere hoek

Het podium in Miami was niet alledaags. De lokale organisatie had flink uitgepakt met een enorm podium waar de coureurs onder politiebegeleiding naar toe werden gebracht. Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc en Carlos Sainz verschenen op het podium met bijzondere American Football-helmen en de fans stonden zeer dicht op de feestelijkheden.

De tocht naar het podium was op zichzelf al een bijzondere beleving. Op nieuwe beelden is te zien dat Verstappen, Leclerc en Sainz al voor het betreden van het podium al compleet uit hun dak gaan. Ook de viering op het podium was bijzonder, winnaar Verstappen kreeg eveneens een bijzondere helm uitgereikt.
