Video: Debatterende Vettel deelt zijn mening over gedrag Britse premier

Viervoudig wereldkampioen Sebastian Vettel is één van de meest uitgesproken coureurs van het Formule 1-veld. De Duitse Aston Martin-coureur spreekt zich regelmatig uit over bijvoorbeeld het milieu, racisme, de oorlog in Oekraïne en zwerfafval. Hij is dan ook niet te beroerd om zijn mening met de buitenwereld te delen.

Eerder deze week voegde Vettel daad bij het woord en nam hij deel aan een Brits debatprogramma. Vettel ging in het Britse discussieprogramma Question Time van de BBC het gesprek aan. Hij sprak zich vanzelf sprekend uit over zijn botsende werk en milieumeningen. Ook mocht hij even zijn mening over het bedrag van de Britse premier Boris Johnson delen.

    Respect voor Vettel. Natuurlijk heeft 'ie boter op z'n hoofd als hij racet en ook over klimaatvervuiling praat, ... maar ik krijg iig bij hem het idee dat hij worstelt met de spagaat die hij maakt, terwijl anderen (Boris en nog velen) er gewoon schi*t aan hebben en de wereld lachend zien ondergaan.

      Dat is een mening maar ik denk niet dat hij boter op zijn hoofd is. Net als Lewis is hij begaan met het milieu en die mening kan best wel door de jaren gegroeid zijn.
      Ja hij raced in een vervuilende sport, maar hij gebruikt zijn bekendheid om dingen aan de kaart te stellen.
      Ik geloof dat hij meer bereik heeft dan Freek die drie hoog in een flat woont en al het vuil scheidt voor het milieu
