Barcelona en Valencia onderhandelen over gedeelde Grand Prix

Het Circuit de Catalunya nabij Barcelona en het Circuito Urbano de Valencia zijn met elkaar in gesprek over de toekomst van de Grand Prix van Spanje. De twee locaties staan nu nog samen op de Formule 1-kalender, maar denken aan een gezamenlijke toekomst.

Barcelona en Valencia gaan de race wellicht om en om organiseren, net als de Hockenheimring en de Nürburgring in Duitsland al doen. Bernie Ecclestone verkondigde aan persbureau EFE: De onderhandelingen tussen Barcelona en Valencia om de Grand Prix van Spanje te delen zijn nog gaande.
