Vettel rijdt met protesthelm in Azerbeidzjan

In Azerbeidzjan rijdt Sebastian Vettel rond met een aangepast helmontwerp. De Duitse Aston Martin-coureur rijdt met zijn gebruikelijke witte helm met Duitse vlag, maar er staat veel meer tekst op. Tijdens de eerste twee vrije trainingen was het ontwerp al te zien en het was een opvallend uiterlijk.

De helm van Vettel is in Bakoe namelijk voorzien van allerlei protest-teksten. Op de achterzijde van Vettels helm staat het logo van Fridays for Future, een protestgroep die opkomt voor onder andere het klimaat. De samenwerking tussen Vettel en de organisatie is terug te zien op de door Jens Munser Designs ontworpen helm.

Wat mij altijd opvalt, is dat het meest lui zijn die al zoveel geld verdient hebben en dan gaan roepen wat allemaal goed en slecht is.

      Milieu heeft bij bijna niemand die echt iets kan doen prioriteit. Geld en macht is prioriteit nummer 1. Uiteraard roepen ze van wel en zeker als ze hun geld en macht kunnen vergroten door te roepen dat ze pro-milieu zijn.
      Als de keuze gemaakt moet worden tussen geld en macht aan de ene kant en milieu aan de andere kant wordt er ALTIJD voor geld en macht gekozen.

      @John: nee hoor, je hoort het in alle lagen. Luister vooral naar de inhoud, ipv direct het 'hypocriet' argument (wat je vaak ziet) er in te gooien en weer vrolijk de kop in het zand te steken.

      tot op zekere hoogte wel, maar het maakt nogal wat uit waar je de grens legt. Ik ken genoeg mensen die heel minimalistisch kunnen leven, die in principe geen geld nodig zijn, ware het niet dat idd alles in geld wordt uitgedrukt en verhandeld. Maar geld an sich, daar kunnen veel mensen ook prima zonder.
