Albon eert huisdieren met speciale helm in Silverstone

Voor de Britse Grand Prix kiezen veel coureurs voor een speciaal helmdesign. Ook Williams-coureur Alexander Albon rijdt dit weekend rond met een speciale helm. De Thai is immers geboren in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en is bracht ook zijn jeugd door in het land. Het is dan ook een verkapte thuisrace voor hem.

Albon heeft zijn gebruikelijke helmdesign ingewisseld voor een volledig paarse helm. Op de bovenzijde van zijn paarse helm staan afbeeldingen van een bonte verzameling huisdieren. Volgens Albon verwijst dit naar zijn eigen huisdieren, die volgens hem ook nog eens te vinden zijn op Instagram.
