McLaren geniet van vakantie en hult coureurs in zomerse sferen

Afgelopen weekend werd de laatste race voorafgaand de zomerstop afgewerkt. In Hongarije werd men getrakteerd op een zeer spannende race. In de week na de race kwam de Formule 1-wereld niet tot rust, de transfer van Fernando Alonso en de perikelen omtrent Oscar Piastri hielden veel mensen tegen.

Het team van McLaren speelt een hoofdrol in de soap omtrent Piastri. De Britse renstal lijkt de Australiër weg te kapen voor de neus van Alpine. McLaren lijkt in ieder geval het hoofd koel te houden, op de sociale media verkeerd men in een zomerse stemming. Op bewerkte foto's lijkt het erop dat coureurs Lando Norris en Daniel Ricciardo genieten van hun vakantie.

Ik snap dat dit soort dingen nodig zijn voor de PR, maar het voelt toch een beetje hypocriet als je weet dat één van beide coureurs vorig weekend vriendelijk verzocht is om volgend jaar op te hoepelen.
