Sky Sports tekent nieuw megacontract voor uitzendrechten

De Formule 1 wordt wereldwijd bekeken door vele miljoenen fans. De meeste fans kijken waarschijnlijk naar de sport met het commentaar van het Britse Sky Sports. Het commentaar van meestal David Croft en Martin Brundle is immers ook beschikbaar via F1 TV. Voor de fans van de Britse zender is er nu goed nieuws.

Voorafgaand de eerste vrije training in Singapore maakte de Formule 1 en Sky Sports namelijk bekend dat er een nieuwe, grote deal is getekend. Sky Sports heeft voor de Britse en Ierse markt contractverlenging gekregen tot en met 2029. Ook de Italiaanse tak en de Duitse tak van het medium hebben een nieuw contract getekend. In deze twee landen is de sport nu tot en met 2027 te zien bij de betaalzender.

    2029 is makkelijk te verklaren.
    Verstappen rijdt sowieso t/m 2028 in de F1 en dus is dat voor iedere uitzender financieel aantrekkelijk. Met 2029 nemen ze slechts een klein risicootje, mocht Max dan onverhoopt stoppen.

      Denk je nu echt dat Max hier een bepalende factor in is? Wat een onzin, F1 is nu mateloos populair en niet alleen vanwege Max en dan denken dat 2029 een risicootje is hahaha.

      oh is dat het Larry, er wordt hier zoveel onzin geschreven dat het niet meer te onderscheiden is.
