McLaren rijdt seizoensfinale met speciale livery

Het team van McLaren rijdt aankomend weekend in Abu Dhabi met een bijzondere kleurstelling tijdens de seizoensfinale. De Britse renstal slaat de handen ineen met sponsor Vuse en kunstenares Anna Tangles. De wagens van Lando Norris en Daniel Ricciardo zien er dan ook kunstig uit.

De wagens van Norris en Ricciardo zijn nog wel gewoon oranje en blauw van kleur. Tangles heeft de livery echter aangepast aan de hand van de voor haar gebruikelijke lijnen. De sidepods en de voorvleugels van de wagens zijn voorzien van dit bijzondere ontwerp. Eerder reed McLaren dit seizoen al in Singapore en Japan met een bijzonder design, ook vorig seizoen sloot men het jaar af met een opvallende livery.

    Dacht dat sigarettenreclame niet mocht in de F1? Is dan wel elektronisch, maar verslavend door de nicotine. Maar enfin, misschien kunnen ze er alweer een slecht seizoen verdoezelend mee afsluiten.

      Je zegt het juist... Sigarettenreclame.... Dit zijn geen sigaretten.... Als het om de verslavende stof nicotine zou gaan, dan hadden ze nicotine-reclame moeten verbieden...
      Niet dat ik voor deze vorm van reclame ben hoor, maar zo zal een advocaat er naar kijken en aankaarten.... ;)

      Geheel in de lijn van de rest van auto industrie. Tegenwoordig worden er alleen maar karakterloze 13 in een dozijn autos op de markt gezet. Haal het merk en de gril van de auto en je ziet niet eens meer het onderscheid tussen een Toyota en een Audi.

      Deels eens, deze wagens en die West daarvoor blijf ik de mooiste vinden. Echter vind ik war kleur ook mooi, met de huidig kleurstellingen heb ik op internet al diverse liverys voorbij zien komen die best gaaf zijn. Al blijft het smaak, maar vind dit vele malen beter dan de liverys die ze na de Vodafone periode hadden. Uiteraard is dit een kwestie van smaak en gelukkig verschillen deze.
