Bernd Maylander met Mercedes SLS bij Bavaria City Racing

De organisatie van Bavaria City Racing heeft bevestigd dat Bernd Maylander naar Rotterdam komt. Maylander is de bestuurder van de safetycar in de Formule 1 en zal in de havenstad twee runs met een Mercedes SLS uitvoeren.

Net als bij de aanwezigheid van Mercedes GP is Allianz Nederland verantwoordelijk voor de komst van Maylander. Hij bestuurt al sinds 2000 de officiële safetycar van de Formule 1. Daarvoor racete de Duitser in de DTM en de FIA GT.
