Alfa Romeo kondigt sponsordeal aan met opvallend streamingsplatform

Het team van Alfa Romeo sloot gisteren een grote sponsordeal met het bedrijf Stake. Het bedrijf wordt de nieuwe titelsponsor van het Zwitserse team en in de slipstream van de deal komt een opvallende nieuwe sponsor mee. Alfa Romeo maakte gisteren namelijk bekend dat ze een deal hebben gesloten met Kick.com

Kick is een relatief nieuw streamingsplatform dat veel weg heeft van het veel populairdere Twitch. De layout van Kick heeft veel weg van Twitch en dat is ook niet zo gek, het platform werd namelijk opgericht door een aantal ontevreden Twitch-streamers. Kick zou betere richtlijnen moeten hebben voor streamers, maar er is ook veel kritiek omdat er veel te doen is over gokken met crypto op het platform.

Desalniettemin kondigde Alfa Romeo de komst van Kick gisteren groots aan. De logo's van de streamingsdienst zullen te zien zijn op de wagens van Guanyu Zhou en Valtteri Bottas tijdens een aantal raceweekenden. Tevens zullen de logo's zichtbaar zijn op de overalls van de coureurs.
