Het tweede hoofdstuk van het Formule 1-seizoen van 2023 staat op het punt om geschreven te worden. Na een lange winterstop – waar er veel achter de schermen gebeurde – reizen alle Formule 1-teams naar Bahrein af voor de driedaagse preseasontests. Bekijk hieronder alle informatie over de testdagen op het Bahrain International Circuit.

Nu inmiddels alle Formule 1-teams inmiddels hun kleurstellingen aan de wereld hebben tentoongesteld, richt de wereld zich richting het zonovergoten Bahrein. Aankomende donderdag 23 februari, vrijdag 24 februari en zaterdag 25 februari zullen daar de wintertestdagen van de koningsklasse gaan plaatsvinden. Deze preseasontest zal verreden worden op het Bahrein International Circuit. Het Formule 1-circus is van plan om na de testdagen in de buurt van het bovengenoemde circuit te blijven plakken, aangezien het daaropvolgende weekend op datzelfde circuit de eerste Grand Prix van 2023 verreden zal worden.

De testdagen starten om 8:00 uur Nederlandse tijd, waarna de teams tot 17:30 uur de tijd hebben om naar hartenlust haar bolides voor 2023 uit te testen. Elke testdag zal worden opgedeeld in een ochtend- en middagsessie, waardoor elke coureur drie dagdelen toegewezen zal krijgen om zijn taken voor het desbetreffende team te verrichten.

Voor de Formule 1-fans die er dit jaar vroeg bij zijn is er goed nieuws, want de wintertestdagen kunnen live gevolgd worden met zowel een F1 TV Pro- als een Viaplay-abonnement. Ook zullen beide platformen genoeg achtergrondinformatie met de kijker delen, zoals bijvoorbeeld interviews en analyses.

De wintertestdagen zijn als volgt ingedeeld:

  Een heel bericht vind ik nog niet zo gek, i.v.m. de informatie dat deze bij F1TV en Viaplay te volgen zijn, maar het vastpinnen van het testschema op de homepage lijkt me geen overbodige luxe inderdaad.

  Fijn om te zien dat alles en iedereen er alweer klaar voor is.
  
  Zo is ook deze sait, zoals beloofd, helemaal up-to-date en is het afgelopen winterseizoen eindelijk alles helemaal bijgewerkt zodat we niet langer naar de rommelige restanten van seizoen 2019 hoeven te kijken.
  (alweer 4 jaar dat we naar deze puinzooi op deze websait aan moeten kijken!!!)
  
  Geen goud/zwarte RichEnergy HAAS meer te zien, geen vreemde verwijzingen naar de verwachte terugkeer van Zandvoort en het nieuwe circuit in Hanoï.
  Ohja, toch wel (volgens de informatie van deze websait)
  
  En eindelijk het filter gemaakt waardoor ieder kritisch commentaar van mij over de bovenstaande tekortkomingen niet langer weggecencureerd worden en ik weer gewoon kan posten zonder dat 100% van mijn berichten in het filter blijven hangen en pas na 24 uur zichtbaar worden voor het gepeupel.
