Brown bestuurt klassieke Williams in Long Beach

McLaren CEO Zak Brown staat bekend als een grote liefhebber van de autosport. De Amerikaanse CEO is de trotse eigenaar van een grote verzameling klassieke racewagens en die staan zeker niet stil. Aankomend weekend kruipt Brown namelijk achter het stuur van één van zijn pronkstukken.

Browns andere raceteam United Autosport maakte namelijk bekend dat de Amerikaan dit weekend in actie komt in Long Beach. De CEO van McLaren zal plaatsnemen in de cockpit van de klassieke Williams FW07. Alan Jones werd in 1980 wereldkampioen met deze wagen en het is dus een belangrijk stukje racegeschiedenis. Brown zal de wagen besturen tijdens de F1 Historic Challenge op het stratencircuit van Long Beach.
