Formule 1 strikt Puma als kledingpartner vanaf 2024

De Formule 1 en de welbekende kledingfabrikant Puma gaan vanaf 2024 een meerjarige samenwerking aan waarbij het Duitse bedrijf kledingstukken, schoenen en accessoires zal gaan leveren. Ook zal Puma bij een aantal Grands Prix Formule 1 en teamproducten gaan verkopen.

Puma is een welbekende producent van kleding, onder andere voor artikelen die gebruikt worden in de wereld van de autosport. Het merkt ontwikkelde brandwerende overalls, raceschoenen en andere hoogwaardige racekleding. Met deze partnerschap wordt Puma een officiële leverancier bij Formule 1-races en krijgt het merk de rechten om kleding, schoeisel en accessoires van het merk F1 te produceren, wordt er op de website van de Formule 1 gemeld.

De deal houdt in dat Puma een nieuwe collectie van fankleding gaat creëren en vanaf 2024 uniformen aan de gehele F1-staff gaat leveren. Als onderdeel van de deal kunnen fans Formule 1-producten op de website van Puma kopen en bij Puma winkels.

F1-CEO Stefano Domenicali vertelt: "Nu de Formule 1 wereldwijd blijft groeien, bereiken we nieuwe fans via spannende samenwerkingen en zien we dat de sport gebieden van de mainstreamcultuur betreedt die we nog niet eerder hebben gezien. Puma heeft een rijke geschiedenis in de autosport, waardoor ze perfect bij de Formule 1 passen."

Klopt en dat is wel te zien. Een belabberde pasvorm (alles trekt) en zeer slechte, goedkope kwaliteit. Wie nog de Puma kleding van RBR wil kopen moet in Roermond zijn. Daar is nog de oude collectie te koop.

Ik weet dat Puma al jaren contract heeft met RedBull Racing voor de kleding. Gaat dit contract nu inhouden dat RedBull naar een ander opzoek moet gaan?

  Red Bull heeft sinds dit seizoen Castore en geen Puma meer.
  Het feit dat je dit dus al aanhaalt en fout hebt, geeft aan hoe vergankelijk en onbelangrijk zulke kledingmerken als leverancier in de Formule 1 zijn.

  Ah dan heb ik dus een oud shirtje nieuw gekocht laatst voor de kleine. (was in de actie 10 euro ofzo) Daar stond nog puma op.

  Dat spul is zoooo duur en de kwaliteit is verslechterd!!
  Dan kunnen de mensen beter 2022 spul kopen van veel betere kwaliteit dat niet na één keer wassen niet meer past. En dan die naden die allemaal trekken en dan voor dat geld!!
  McLaren heeft hetzelfde probleem, ook overgestapt op Castore.
  RBR moet hun slechte ervaringen met dat merk toch ook meegekregen hebben?!
