Ferrari doneert 1 miljoen euro voor slachtoffers overstromingen

De Grand Prix van Emilia-Romagna gaat dit weekend niet door. De omgeving van het circuit van Imola is getroffen door ernstige overstromingen en alle teams begrijpen het besluit van de Formule 1. Het team van Ferrari leeft mee met de slachtoffers en heeft besloten om een flinke som geld te doneren.

In een kort persbericht maakt de Italiaanse renstal bekend dat ze 1 miljoen euro zullen doneren aan de Emilia-Romagna Region's Agency for Territorial Safety and Civil Protection. Het geld gaat naar de hulp van de getroffenen in de regio. Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna legt de donatie uit in het persbericht: "In tijd van nood staat Ferrari altijd klaar voor de samenleving. We willen concrete en snelle hulp bieden aan de bevolking van Emilia-Romagna, die zijn getroffen door een serieuze natuurramp."

      Eens Robin, doneren is een gunst, hoeveel geld je ook bezit.

      De mensen die zeggen dat het normaal is doneren juist niet is mijn ervaring … wanneer je (oprecht) doneert weet je waarom je het doet.

      Door den ander bekritiseren omdat hij/zij ‘te weinig’ of niet doneert geeft je je jezelf bloot.

      Wat ik bedoel te zeggen is dat bijna alle werknemers van Ferrari uit deze regio komen.
      Het bedrijf is hier dus zelf ook bij gebaat.



      Ik bezit zelf trouwens honderdduizendmiljoenmiljard maar doneer nooit.

    Klinkt als weinig. Een goedkope marketingcampagne. Zeker wanneer je ook bedenkt dat ze in Italië sowieso amper bijdragen, aangezien ze hun basis belastingtechnisch in Nederland gevestigd hebben.
