Kubica volgende maand weer terug in de cockpit

Robert Kubica zal vanaf volgende maand weer terug te vinden zijn in een racewagen. Het is alleen nog de vraag wanneer en waar. Ook wordt het nog aftasten of Kubica zijn rentree zal maken in een simulator of een 'high-performance' wagen - zoals een Le Mans prototype.

Manager Daniele Morelli: "In oktober zullen we constateren dat Robert zijn helm weer op kan zetten en laten zien dat hij weer toe in staat is. We bedoelen natuurlijk niet gelijk dat hij in een Formule 1-wagen zal stappen, maar het wordt belangrijk voor Robert dat hij weer kan rijden. Of dat nu een simulator is of een andere wagen op een circuit is niet echt belangrijk. Het meest belangrijke op dit moment is om de laatste stap te nemen en weer in een auto te kunnen stappen."
