Tsunoda en Stroll ontvangen gridstraf van drie plaatsen

Ook Yuki Tsunoda zal morgen drie plaatsen naar achteren worden geplaatst op de startgrid voor de Canadese Grand Prix. De Japanner heeft van de stewards een straf ontvangen voor het blokkeren van Nico Hülkenberg in de kwalificatie van eerder vandaag.

Tsunoda zou volgens de stewards een fout hebben gemaakt bij het oprijden van de baan nadat hij deze eerder had verlaten. Hiermee hinderde hij Hülkenberg en krijgt hij dus een gridstraf van wel geteld drie plaatsen. Ook Lance Stroll had zich schuldig gemaakt aan het blokkeren van Esteban Ocon, hij krijgt ook een gridstraf van drie plaatsen.
