APXGP-bolides duiken op in parc ferme in Hongarije

In Hongarije werden er tijdens het Grand Prix-weekend ook weer opnames gemaakt voor de nieuwe Formule 1-film. De aangepaste Formule 2-wagens kwamen tussen de sessies door weer de baan op en schoten weer veel beelden. Na afloop van de race doken de bolides op een opvallende plek op.

Zonder hoofdrolspeler Brad Pitt, die in staking is net als veel andere acteurs, werden er vooral beelden gemaakt van de auto's op en naast de baan. Oplettende kijkers zagen na afloop de auto's van het fictieve APXGP opduiken in de pitlane. In het parc fermé stonden de wagens tussen de echte auto's. Uit de onboard-beelden van Daniel Ricciardo bleek dat de APXGP-wagen er daadwerkelijk stond. Het was opvallend aangezien de opnames tijdens de uitzendingen zoveel mogelijk uit beeld worden gehouden.
