Pepe Marti nieuwe aanwinst van Red Bull Junior Team

De opleidingsploeg van Red Bull Racing wordt veelvuldig geroemd. Het Red Bull Junior Team heeft al meerdere grote coureurs naar de Formule 1 gebracht. Momenteel bestaat de opleidingsploeg uit een aantal opvallende namen, Red Bull heeft nu een nieuw groot talent uit de Formule 3 toegevoegd aan het juniorenteam.

Het Red Bull Junior Team heeft namelijk bekend gemaakt dat Pepe Marti officieel onderdeel wordt van de Red Bull-familie. De jonge Spaanse coureur staat momenteel derde in het Formule 3-kampioenschap en hij wordt gezien als één van de grootste talenten in de opstapklassen. De stap van Marti komt niet uit de lucht vallen, eerder werd hij namelijk ook al in verband gebracht met Red Bull. Dit weekend zal hij in Monza gaan rijden met zijn speciale Red Bull-helm.

    Met alle respect, en ik kan het ook verkeerd zien maar ik vind het niet echt een talent, ja hoe ouder hij wordt hoe beter hij rijdt maar voorlopig heeft hij nog niet een indrukwekkend palmares! in de karts heeft hij op Wk niveau een 7e plaats gescoord en op Europees niveau 39e in de F4 een 3e plaats en de F3 een 26e plaats
    de enige klasse waar hij een beetje goed reed was het FRAC het huidige Formula Regional Middle East Championship daar werdt hij 2e achter Arthur leclerc (broertje van)

      Resultaten zijn maar deels belangrijk voor talenten. Ruwe snelheid komt met het maken van fouten, En zeker op jonge leeftijd maken ze die met overvloed. Het gaat om je mogelijkheid van leren/groeien. Op jonge leeftijd moet je je potentie laten zien. Resultaten zijn in zekere zin van ondergeschikt belang.

      Het gaat erom dat ze een juiste balans laten zien tussen die snelheid, fouten en de wil en kunde om te leren.

      Klopt @Patrick. Fernando begeleidt hem en hij analyseert alle races van hem om de kneepjes van het vak te leren. Het is zijn grote idool. Hij valt ook onder het managementteam van Fernando.
      Hij was een van de beste vrienden en drie jaar lang teammate van
      Dilano van 't Hoff en dat overlijden heeft hem enorm aangegrepen.

      Fernando Alonso heeft een eigen managementbureau opgericht, zo laat hij woensdagmiddag weten op sociale media. Daarmee wil de tweevoudig
      F1 kampioen zijn ervaring delen en jonge talenten door de autosportwereld heen helpen.

      A14 Management bestaat uit Alonso zelf en twee managers die hem gedurende zijn carrière hebben bijgestaan.

    Dit is voor mij een van de leukere rijders uit de F3 dit jaar. Zeker niet foutloos, maar ik denk zeker een talent. Tikkeltje agressief, soms behoorlijk slordig. Maar zeker in staat om te groeien. De ruwe snelheid heeft ie.
