Sainz overvallen in Milaan, vat zelf daders in de kraag

Carlos Sainz speelde gisteren een hoofdrol in de Italiaanse Grand Prix. De Spaanse Ferrari-coureur vocht meerdere felle duels uit met Max Verstappen en Charles Leclerc en hij liet vervolgens de Tifosi juichen door als derde te finishen. Na afloop van de race beleefde Sainz een spannend moment toen hij in Milaan werd overvallen, het liep allemaal met een sisser af.

Na afloop van de Italiaanse Grand Prix op het circuit van Monza vertrok Sainz met zijn gevolg naar de stad Milaan. Toen hij zijn hotel in het centrum van de stad verliet, werd hij aangevallen door een tweetal personen. Ze beroofden Sainz van zijn dure horloge, maar ze kwamen niet ver. Sainz en zijn mensen gingen op jacht naar de overvallers en ze wisten het duo tot stilstand te dwingen. De daders werden vervolgens opgepakt door de politie. Op beelden in handen van het medium AdnKronos is te zien hoe Sainz daarna in gesprek is met de politie.

      Is tegenwoordig orde van de dag in Milaan, burgemeester Sala is vooral bezig met het aanleggen van fietspaden, wandelboulevards en auto's weren.
      De veiligheid in de stad schijnt van ondergeschikt belang, de daders staan vaak binnen 2 dagen weer buiten en de criminaliteitsgolf wordt gebagatelliseerd.

      Het beleid in Milaan doet me sterk denken aan het beleid van een zekere stad in Nederland die ik met veel genoegen vrij recent definitief ben ontvlucht.

    Dit soort diefstallen komen vaak voor bij top sporters, misschien ben je dan ook wel naief om nog dure horloges te dragen in het openbaar, ik wil het niet goed praten maar ik zou mijn leven niet riskeren voor een mes bijvoorbeeld.

      Geen gemaar, gewoon met je tengels van andersmans spullen blijven. Diefstal is diefstal, of het een pakje kauwgum of een horloge van 3 ton is.

      Sander je hebt helemaal gelijk. Maar mijn horloge van de action geeft ook gewoon de tijd aan en wordt ik niet voor overvallen. Tenminste tot nu toe geen last van gehad. Ook niet Milaan
