Ferrari beboet na snelheidsovertreding Sainz

Carlos Sainz noteerde de snelste tijd in de derde vrije training in Singapore. De Spaanse Ferrari-coureur reed een aantal zeer snelle rondjes, maar hij reed ook te snel op plekken waar dat helemaal niet mag. Sainz heeft namelijk een aardig boete ontvangen tijdens de vrije training.

Sainz heeft met een snelheid van 60,4 kilometer per uur door de pitlane. De Spanjaard reed echter net iets te hard, want er geldt in de pitlane een maximumsnelheid van 60 kilometer per uur. Een overschrijding is een overschrijding, dus dat betekent dat het team van Ferrari een boete heeft ontvangen. Ze zullen hier niet wakker van liggen, want het boetebedrag bedraagt slechts 100 euro.
