Het Red Bull Junior Team heeft in de afgelopen jaren meerdere grote coureurs voortgebracht. Veel coureurs worden uit de opleidingsploeg getrapt als ze niet goed presteren. Dat geldt niet voor iedereen, want één van de grootste talenten uit het Red Bull Junior Team presteert wel en hij heeft nu een zitje in de Formule 3 gevonden.

Het Britse talent Arvid Lindbland geldt als één van de grootste talenten uit het opleidingsteam van Red Bull. Lindbland wordt al geruime tijd gesteund door Red Bull en na een succesvolle periode in meerdere Formule 4-kampioenschappen, mag hij het nu in de Formule 3 gaan proberen. Hij heeft een zitje gekregen bij het team van Prema, hij komt vanaf 2024 dus voor het eerst uit in het voorprogramma van de Formule 1.
