Rode vlag in Brazilië na flinke startcrash

De Braziliaanse Grand Prix is al na één ronde stilgelegd. Een flinke startcrash zorgde voor een grote hoeveelheid debri op de baan en daarom besloot men de race stil te leggen. Meerdere coureurs liepen veel schade op aan hun auto, dus het is zeer onduidelijk wie er nog kunnen starten.

Alexander Albon en Kevin Magnussen raakten elkaar bij het ingaan van de eerste bocht. De twee wagens raakten zwaar beschadigd en ook Daniel Ricciardo en Oscar Piastri werden geraakt. Beide wagens werden snel de pitboxen ingesleept om de schade te herstellen. Charles Leclerc was al voor de start uitgevallen na een crash door een hydraulisch probleem. Het is niet duidelijk wanneer er weer zal worden gestart.
