FIA vraagt organisatie om opheldering over incident met fans

In tegenstelling tot de voorgaande weken hoefden de stewards niet veel te doen in Brazilië. Geen enkele coureur hoefde zich na afloop te melden bij de stewards. Maar, dat betekende niet dat er niemand naar het kantoortje van de stewards moest komen. De organisatie van de race heeft nu mogelijk een probleem.

De stewards laten in een document weten dat een vertegenwoordiger van de organisatie zich bij hen moet melden. Dit heeft volgens hen te maken met de zogenaamde track invasion. De fans zouden dus te vroeg de baan hebben betreden en dat kan voor gevaarlijke situaties zorgen. Het is zeker niet de enige keer dat dit gebeurt, eerder dit jaar ging het ook al mis in Australië en Azerbeidzjan. Er zijn nog geen beelden gedeeld van het incident.
