Sainz laat Netflix-beker kapot vallen

Afgelopen nacht vond in Las Vegas de zogenaamde 'Netflix Cup' plaats. Tijdens dit evenement werden Formule 1-coureurs gekoppeld aan professionele golfers voor een potje golf. Carlos Sainz won samen met zijn partner het toernooi, maar de trofee voor de winnaar overleefde dat niet.

Sainz was gekoppeld aan professioneel golfer Justin Thomas. Het duo versloeg de overige deelnemers en ze wonnen het eerste live-evenement dat ooit te zien was op Netflix. Na afloop vierden ze een feestje, maar Sainz liet de beker uit zijn handen glippen. Het ding brak in drie stukken en de coureur kon er wel om lachen. Het team van McLaren reageerde direct met een verwijzing naar Lando Norris die in Hongarije de beker van Max Verstappen omstootte.

    Lijkt wel of het onderste deel van de beker loskomt en het daardoor uit z'n handen valt. Dus ik denk niet dat hij de beker heeft laten vallen. Gewoon weer zo'n plastic ding. Zoals eigenlijk alles daar in Las Vegas veel te plastic is.

      Hij had de champagne fles met zijn rechter HAND vast en de beker leunde
      in zijn linker ARM/ELLEBOOG.
      Hij had 'm dus niet met zijn hand vast. De beker was topzwaar en kukelde dus naar links. Daar was geen grijpen aan.

      Ik had ook alleen de video beelden gezien en nam aan dat hij dat zware ding uit zijn hand had laten vallen totdat ik vanmiddag deze foto op IG tegenkwam met het verhaal erbij. Ik dacht plaats het hier maar even ter info voor iedereen. Niet om jou te bekritiseren hoor!
