Woedende fans van tribunes verwijderd in Las Vegas

De tweede vrije training in Las Vegas vond pas diep in de nacht plaats. Vanwege de werkzaamheden aan de baan naar aanleiding van het putdeksel-incident, werd de sessie meerdere uitgesteld. De tribunes waren leeg omdat de fanzones dicht gingen en dat zorgde voor veel woede.

Op foto's is te zien dat veel fans nogal ontevreden reageerden op het feit dat ze moesten vertrekken. De lokale positie kwam de tribunes op om de fans weg te halen. De woedende fans begrepen niet precies wat er aan de hand was en het is ook niet duidelijk of er een bepaalde vorm van vergoeding aan zit te komen voor hen. Op een video is te zien dat de fans zwaar teleurgesteld de tribunes moeten verlaten terwijl de Safety Car de baan inspecteert.

    Ik zag Toto een mooi betoog houden over de putdeksel, dat midden in de nacht toch niemand kijkt.... dus wat die mensen nu met hun duur betaalde tickets op de tribune doen is mij dan ook een raadsel.

    Ik tel dan de benen en deel dat door twee en zo weet ik bijna precies hoeveel fans er waren.

    Vanaf het begin wist iedereen dat het bij deze GP alleen maar om de $$$$$$ draait!

    Nou, dat hebben we kunnen zien! De FIA heeft gisteren het circuit even vlug vlug goed
    gekeurd en het gevolg hebben we kunnen zien met de wagens van Sainz, Ocon en Zhou!

    De totale schade wordt nu al geraamd op 6 milj $ en daarbij zitten nog niet eens
    de kosten van een nieuwe PU voor Sainz!!
