Emotionele Sainz neemt afscheid van personal trainer

Carlos Sainz heeft officieel afscheid genomen van zijn personal trainer. Het nieuws kwam in de afgelopen maanden al naar buiten, maar Sainz had er nog geen reactie opgegeven. Daar is nu verandering ingekomen, want Sainz deelt een emotioneel bericht op zijn sociale media.

Eerder werd al bekend dat de samenwerking tussen Sainz en Rupert Manwaring ten einde is gekomen. Manwaring gaat een nieuw avontuur aan als de personal trainer van Max Verstappen en Sainz is op zoek naar een opvolger. Sainz had er nog niets over gezegd, maar hij begint het jaar met een dankwoord op sociale media. Hij deelt een video vol hoogtepunten en hij dankt Manwaring voor de mooie samenwerking in de afgelopen acht jaar.
