Wintertest in Bahrein kiest voor grote titelsponsor

Eind volgende maand gaat het Formule 1-seizoen officieus van start met de gebruikelijke wintertest. Op het circuit van Sakhir in Bahrein komen de teams en coureurs drie dagen in actie om de nieuwe wagens uit te testen. De organisatie heeft een grote hoofdsponsor voor aangetrokken.

Op 21, 22 en 23 februari vinden de wintertests in Bahrein plaats. De tests zijn in de afgelopen jaren veel groter geworden dan voorheen. Ze worden nu volledig uitgezonden op F1 TV en ze kwamen zelfs met een titelsponsor voor het evenement. Ook dit jaar is dat weer het geval. Formule 1-sponsor Aramco vervult de rol van titelsponsor en hun logo's zullen prominent in beeld zijn tijdens de testdagen. Opvallend genoeg zal het er een week later anders uitzien tijdens de Grand Prix van Bahrein, dan is Gulf Air namelijk de titelsponsor.
