Kan Ferrari Red Bull uitdagen? "Coureurs maken domme fouten"

Over iets meer dan een maand gaat het nieuwe Formule 1-seizoen weer van start. Het is de verwachting dat Red Bull Racing weer zal gaan domineren, maar men vraagt zich vooral af wie de uitdagers zullen zijn. Ralf Schumacher verwacht weinig van Ferrari omdat die coureurs te veel foutjes maken.

Ferrari was in 2023 het enige team dat Red Bull wist te verslaan. In Singapore kwam Carlos Sainz als winnaar over de streep en dat was meteen ook het hoogtepunt van het seizoen van Ferrari. De Italiaanse renstal kampte namelijk weer met een grote hoeveelheid problemen. Ondanks een handjevol pole positions wisten Sainz en Charles Leclerc geen andere zeges te grijpen. Ze maakten daarnaast ook weer een aantal foutjes en dat zorgt voor kritiek.

Domme foutjes

Oud-coureur Ralf Schumacher denkt hierdoor dat Ferrari de degens niet zal kruisen met Red Bull tijdens het aankomende seizoen. In de podcast 'Formula for Success' legt Schumacher uit waarom hij weinig van Ferrari verwacht: "Het is zeker een mogelijkheid, maar je weet bij beide coureurs nooit wat ze gaan doen. Dan rijden ze aan de leiding van de race en dan spinnen ze van de baan af. Ze raken elkaar dan wel niet, maar ze maken wel domme foutjes."

Schumacher rekent Ferrari voorlopig nog niet tot de favorieten. De Duitser ziet dat het wel steeds beter gaat bij de Italiaanse renstal, maar hij ziet simpelweg nog te veel zwakke punten: "Ik denk dat teambaas Frédéric Vasseur tot nu toe goed werk heeft geleverd. Je kan zien dat die groep langzamerhand naar elkaar toegroeit en dat er minder foutjes worden gemaakt. De pitstops worden ook steeds beter. Ik zie ze nu gewoon niet als de grootste uitdager, maar misschien heb ik het mis."

Benieuwd hoe vaak hij in zijn hele carrière botsautootje gespeeld heeft?
Ik denk zelfs dat hij sinds zijn debut de minste schade door eigen schuld gereden heeft van alle coureurs. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Met die beredenering van de" broer van", kunnen we mercedes ook uitsluiten aangezien die ook steeds weer in de fout gaan, die van McLaren sluiten we dus ook bij voorbaat uit dus wordt het dus de enige echte Alonso die een gooi kan doen naar de titel, mooi!!

Pfff...om een team te kunnen uitdagen moet alles kloppen. RBR beschikt momenteel over een rijder die enorm snel en foutloos is. Daarnaast beschikt dit team over de snelste wagen van het veld. Gelet hierop zie ik noch Ferrari, noch Mercedes en noch McLaren Red Bull uitdagen. Het is daarom een illusie om te denken dat er aan de kop van het veld om de overwinningen gestreden gaat worden.

  Van het rijtje is volgens mij McLaren de enige die Red Bull zou kunnen uitdagen, bij Perez wel te verstaan !
  Voor de rest worden er te vaak teveel fouten gemaakt, of bij de strategie of het zijn de coureurs die de mist ingaan, er is maar 1 coureur die een volledig seizoen vrijwel foutloos kan zijn en dat is Max.
  Zelfs Ham maakt nog steeds domme fouten.
  Nee dus, ik zie enkel McLaren in de buurt komen als ze de vooruitgang van afgelopen seizoen kunnen voortzetten anders word Max weer dominant, misschien dat ie het gaspedaal wat dieper moet indrukken.

Maak die Ferrari een seconde sneller in de race en dan moet je eens kijken hoe snel die foutjes verdwijnen.
Kijk maar naar MAX die ging van botsautootje spelen naar de beste ooit...maar dan wel in een heel gemiddelde auto natuurlijk.

  Je kunt het op vele manieren beargumenteren waarom jou posts niet kloppen, dat is dan ook regelmatig gedaan door mede forum leden compleet met statistieken en cijfers die elke bewering van jou bewijsbaar tegenspreekt.
  Waarom zo halsstarrig volharden in je eigen gelijk of is het enkel een beetje plagen?

Heeft iemand die zeer snel is ,
Minder fouten maakt.
En nog steeds de baan opeist!!!
Maar bij Ferrari, de benzen en mclaren hebben ze kereltjes zitten die nu ook niet meer opzij gaan schuiven omdat meneer eraankomt en de baan opeist.
