Sauber stuurt Bühler naar FRECA-kampioenschap

Het team van Stake F1 Team beschikt nog steeds over de talenten van de Sauber Academy. De Zwitserse renstal heeft besloten een opvallend talent een kans te geven in het FRECA-kampioenschap. Léna Bühler zal namelijk gaan rijden in deze hoog aangeschreven klasse.

Bühler reed vorig jaar in de F1 Academy en ook toen werd ze gesteund door de Sauber Academy. Ze eindigde als tweede in dit kampioenschap voor vrouwen, maar opvallend genoeg maakte Stake bekend dat ze dit jaar Carrie Schreiner gaan steunen in deze klasse. Bühler blijft echter onderdeel van de Sauber-familie, want ze zal voor ART gaan rijden in het Formula Regional European Championship (FRECA). Ook regerend F1 Academy-kampioen Marta Garcia rijdt dit jaar in deze klasse.
