Vitaly Petrov kan mogelijk terecht bij Caterham F1 Team voor 2012

Vitaly Petrov vindt wellicht onderdak bij Caterham F1 Team voor 2012. Dat balletje gooide Formule 1-commentator en oud-coureur Martin Brundle via Twitter op. Petrov zou de plaats van Jarno Trulli over moeten nemen bij Caterham F1 Team.

Brundle: “Ik heb het idee dat Vitaly Petrov voor 2012 bij Caterham F1 Team terecht kan. De verdeling van de laatste cockpits is net als een stoelendans. De muziek is al uit, nu is het knokken geblazen voor die laatste vrije plekken.”

    Stop dan Senna in die kar... Ik snap niet wat ze allemaal in die Rus zien...

      Met alle respect voor Bruno, ook Bruno Senna is nou niet bepaald een hoogvlieger. Beide coureurs zijn maar matig. Senna werd bij HRT compleet zoek gereden door Klien, en had moeite met Chandhok.

      Petrov werd echt compleet aan gort gereden door Kubica en was t.o.v. Heidfeld ook de mindere.
      Maargoed, ik heb liever Petrov of Senna in die auto dan Trulli.

      Toch zijn er véél interessantere opties. Denk maar eens aan de vrijgekomen Alguersari &amp; Buemi.

    Alhoewel ik Petrov niet heel hoog heb zitten zou ik het wel aanmoedigen. Bijna alles is namelijk beter dan die uitgebluste Trulli. Trulli brengt helemaal niets meer, ook niet met een supersonische stuurbekrachtiging.

    Alle puzzelstukjes kunnen over een tijdje mooi op hun plek liggen. Sutil zal snel bevestigd worden bij Williams, zeker als Petrov bij Caterham onderdak vindt! Dan alleen HRT nog.

    Petrov-&gt;Caterham? Ach, waarom niet...? Dat hij zoek gereden werd door Kubica in zijn eerste jaar komt volgens zijn aanhangers doordat hij nog een rookie was. Afgelopen seizoen kreeg de auto de schuld. Heeft hij aan Kovalainen volgend jaar gelijk een prima graadmeter.

    Ik had gehoopt op d\'Ambrosio bij Caterham omdat ik vind dat hij het afgelopen seizoen zeer degelijk gepresteerd heeft.

    Perfect mogelijk dat Petrov alsnog zou tekenen bij Caterham. Ik had eerst gedacht dat het Marussia zou worden maar Caterham is beter dan Marussia. Bij Marussia zit alles ook vol al is dit relatief te noemen. Zie maar bij Caterham waar Trulli ook op de wip zit. Laat ons niet vergeten dat de Rus ook een serieus sponsorbedrag meebrengt en dat er binnen enkele jaren een GP verreden wordt in Rusland. De ideale oplossing was wel Jerome dat stuurtje geven maar de Belg brengt te weinig geld mee. Jammer.
