New Jersey Grand Prix benoemt Cotter en Robinson als projectleiders

Tom Cotter en Dennis Robertson zijn door New Jersey Grand Prix aangesteld voor sleutelposities op weg naar de eerste Formule 1-race in 2013. Cotter, president van autosportmarketingbureau Cotter Group, gaat aan de slag als voorzitter van het promotiebureau in New Jersey. Dennis Robertson, voormalig directeur bij de New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, krijgt de functie van Chief Operating Officer.

Cotter: Alleen een mogelijkheid van wereldklasse zoals deze kan mij van mijn voorgenomen route doen afwijken. De kans om racehistorie te schrijven komt niet vaak voorbij. Racepromotor Leo Hindery junior voegt toe: Een leiding die veel respect in de autosport en in het runnen van grote evenementen in de regio geniet, en die onze verantwoordelijkheden richting de fans, de mensen van New York, de inwoners van New Jersey, de teams en de coureurs respecteert en begrijpt zijn vitaal voor ons. Tom Cotter en Dennis Robertson zijn de meest geschikte personen om deze posities in te vullen.
