Scuderia Toro Rosso TR7 met succes door laatste FIA-crashtests

Het is Scuderia Toro Rosso gelukt om te slagen voor alle verplichte crashtests met de nieuwe TR7. Dat meldt de Italiaanse renstal in een verklaring. Daarmee ligt het team op schema om de eerste test van 7 tot en met 10 februari in Jerez te halen.

Auto's moeten sinds dit jaar eerst officieel veilig bevonden worden voordat ze de baan op mogen voor testwerk. Voorheen hoefden teams dat pas voor de eerste race af te handelen. Scuderia Toro Rosso heeft in elk geval voldaan aan de voorwaarden en kan gewoon aan de eerste test deelnemen.
