Sauber: "Podium is helaas niet groot genoeg voor 24 coureurs"

Peter Sauber staat niet bekend als iemand die hoog van de toren blaast. Ook bij de presentatie van de nieuwe Sauber C31 was de Zwitser niet op onrealistische ambities te betrappen. Regelmatig punten scoren is voor de eeuwige middenmoter al genoeg.

Sauber: "Ik zeg eigenlijk elk jaar hetzelfde. Het podium is toch niet groot genoeg voor 24 coureurs. Voor ons is op regelmatige basis punten scoren het doel. En we willen significante vooruitgang boeken in het kampioenschap voor constructeurs. Daarvoor is het belangrijk om waar mogelijk in de top tien te kwalificeren."
