Force India bindt Internap als leverancier aan zich

Het team van Force India heeft aan de vooravond van het eerste raceweekend van 2012 een nieuwe partner mogen verwelkomen. Internap, een concern dat zich specialiseert in IT-infrastructuren, zal als webhost van de Indiase renstal gaan dienen en content delivery network services aanbieden. Internap neemt ook de ontwikkeling van de nieuwe website van Force India, die in april online moet gaan, voor zijn rekening.

Force India en Internap tekenden een meerjarige overeenkomst. Teambaas Vijay Mallya: Een groeiend merk met een toenemende internationale fanschare vereist de opbouw van een sterke aanwezigheid op het internet. Maar de globale aard van deze sport betekent dat we altijd in beweging zijn, dus is het zaak om te zorgen dat de fans ons te allen tijde kunnen volgen, of ze nou op het circuit zijn of aan de andere kant van de wereld. Met dank aan de oplossingen van Internap en de garantie van honderd procent uptime stellen ze ons in staat tot interactie wanneer de fans dat willen, ongeacht waar ze zijn.
