McLaren wint zilveren medaille voor innovatie bij Edison Awards

Het team van McLaren is bij de Edison Awards onderscheiden met een zilveren medaille in de categorie Green Implementation. De Britse renstal verdiende de plak door haar CO2-neutrale werkwijze. De gouden medaille ging naar Volkswagen Group of America.

McLaren-teambaas Martin Whitmarsh: "Ik ben verguld dat onze inspanningen om onze CO2-uitstoot te managen en de efficiëntie te verbeteren worden erkend door de jury van de Edison Awards. Dat is een fantastische prestatie van het gehele team."
