Grand Prix van Duitsland volgend jaar op de Nurburgring

De Nurburgring zal volgend jaar toneel zijn voor de Grand Prix van Duitsland, zo melden Duitse media. Er heerste grote onzekerheid over de Duitse Grand Prix vanwege de financiële problemen, maar er lijkt nu een beslissing genomen.

Volgens de Bild-Zeitung zal naast de Formule 1 ook de GP2 en GP3 actief zijn tijdens het Grand Prix-weekend, welke gehouden zal worden begin juli, zoals eerder bekend werd gemaakt op de FIA kalender.

Een woordvoerder van de Nurburgring bevestigt de berichten: "De Formule 1 zal op de Nurburgring racen tijdens de Duitse Grand Prix, die op 7 juli 2013 wordt verreden. De grote sponsoren gaan nu met ons om tafel om voor dit evenement contracten te sluiten."
