Geen FanVision langs de Formule 1-circuits in 2013

De stand van FanVision zal komend seizoen niet met het Formule 1-circus de wereld over reizen. De firma leverde apparaatjes waarmee fans langs de baan ook televisie- en onboardbeelden konden volgen. FanVision bereikte geen nieuwe overeenkomst met Formula One Management.

Een woordvoerster van het bedrijf legt uit: "Zoals bekend hebben we maandenlang geprobeerd om een basis voor een nieuw akkoord te vinden met FOM om ook in 2013 onze diensten aan te bieden. Helaas is nu duidelijk dat de partijen te ver uit elkaar liggen voor een overeenkomst en met tegenzin moeten wij zeggen dat FanVision in 2013 ontbreekt in de Formule 1. Dit is een zware klap voor ons."
