Force India strikt TW Steel als nieuwe partner

Het team van Force India is in zee gegaan met TW Steel. Het Hollandse horlogemerk vertolkt de rol van timing partner en het logo zal op de nieuwe VJM06 prijken. TW Steel was eerder verbonden aan Lotus F1 Team.

Jordy Cobelens, directeur van TW Steel: "We zijn natuurlijk opgewonden over de samenwerking met Force India. We zijn bekend met de voordelen en de naamsbekendheid die een band met een Formule 1-team opleveren. Dit partnerschap vertegenwoordigt een relatie waarin beide partijen elkaar succes proberen te brengen."

"Force India heeft veel volgers over de hele wereld, maar vooral in India natuurlijk en dat is een groeimarkt waar TW Steel haar naam wil vestigen. Het doet me deugd om met sterke ondernemers als Vijay Mallya en Subrata Roy Sahara in zee te gaan. Net als TW Steel durven zij de lat hoog te leggen en schuwen gedurfde uitspraken niet."
